Role & responsibilities

- Manage PPAP preparation and closure for NPD projects as per customer requirements.
- Support NPD Head in APQP mapping, project scheduling, review meetings, MOM preparation, and action-point closure.
- Prepare, maintain, and update NPD quality documents and records.
- Plan and coordinate NPD trials, final inspection, and trial part approval.
- Act as Customer PIC for current product development, coordinating drawings, specifications, trials, approvals, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tooling, Purchase, and other cross-functional teams for timely project completion.
- Monitor NPD project timelines, milestones, pending activities, and ensure on-time project closure.
- Handle PCR/SCR control, including coordination, documentation, tracking,



and closure.
- Follow up on customer/internal action points and escalate delays or issues to the NPD Head.
- Ensure all NPD activities comply with customer requirements, quality standards, and project timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of NPD, APQP, PPAP, PCR/SCR and automotive quality documentation.
- Good project coordination, customer communication, follow-up, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Automotive / Auto Component industry experience preferred.
