Job Description: Senior Software Engineer AI driven SDLC

Location - Bengaluru (Hybrid) || Role Type - Full-time

Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience

- Proven experience in designing and implementing solution architectures for Core Banking, Payments, or Financial Services platforms, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong expertise in developing Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices-based applications, following cloud-native design principles and domain-driven architecture patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement product extensibility frameworks, customizations, APIs, and integrations while maintaining alignment with enterprise and product architecture standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Java EE/Jakarta EE technologies and a strong understanding of the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Deep understanding of secure, resilient, scalable, observable, and testable software engineering principles, including performance optimization, threat modeling, and operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of Relational Databases, with expertise in Oracle, IBM Db2, or PostgreSQL, including schema design, performance tuning, query optimization, and database migration using tools such as Liquibase.
- Expertise in event-driven and distributed system architectures, including JMS, ActiveMQ, Kafka, Debezium, and asynchronous integration patterns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure technologies, including Azure Storage, Azure Event Hub, Azure Service Bus, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Monitor, and cloud-native application development.




- Solid understanding of enterprise application platforms and middleware technologies, including WebSphere, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, containerization, and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Experience with API-first development, including RESTful services, OpenAPI specifications, API gateways, security frameworks (OAuth2/OIDC), and enterprise integration patterns.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated quality gates, and engineering toolchains such as Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, SonarQube, and CodeQL.

AI & Agentic Software Engineering Capabilities

- Hands-on experience using AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar platforms to accelerate design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation activities.
- Ability to leverage Agentic SDLC practices to automate and optimize software delivery processes, including requirements analysis, code generation, test generation, code reviews, defect triage, root cause analysis, and release readiness assessments.
- Experience in integrating AI-assisted testing frameworks for automated test case generation, test data creation, regression optimization, and quality engineering.
- Understanding of AI governance, secure AI adoption, prompt engineering, responsible AI principles,



and AI-assisted code quality controls within enterprise environments.
- Ability to collaborate with AI agents to improve developer productivity while maintaining engineering standards, security, compliance, and architectural integrity.
- Exposure to or experience with LLM-based application development, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI orchestration frameworks, and AI integration patterns is highly desirable.

- Exposure to microservices modernization, cloud migration, event-driven architectures, and digital transformation programs.
