Role & responsibilities

- Prepare product offers, quotations, and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
- Work on product costing, pricing, margins, and offer calculations.
- Coordinate with Sales and Engineering teams to understand product specifications and requirements.
- Prepare and maintain costing sheets, quotation formats, and offer-related documents.
- Commercial inputs required for offer preparation.
- Support Sales team in responding to customer queries related to pricing, specifications, and commercial terms.
- Track submitted offers and maintain offer / quotation status and records.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Finance, and other functions for cost and feasibility inputs.
- Support order conversion, invoicing, and other sales operations activities as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of offers within defined timelines.
