Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring smooth functioning and maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Oversee all lab activities, including sample collection, testing, and reporting of results.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of tests performed.
- Supervise junior staff members and provide guidance on best practices in clinical pathology.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in Clinical Pathology or related field (B.Sc + MLT).
- Robust knowledge of diagnostics, lab management, lab procedures, pathology principles, and supervision techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
