POSITION SUMMARY

- Automation Mechanical Technician To support for the development and breakdowns of SPM machines.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain and assemble Automation –related tools with basic a progressive tooling background.
- Perform maintenance on automated mechanical feeder systems.
- Work with Pneumatic, hydraulics, and servo systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and manage spares of automated systems.
- Offer technical support for automated machinery and robotics.
- Provide technical support and training to machine operators.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Education

- Diploma in Tool and die making (NTTF/KTTF)

Experience

- Min 3 - 7 years’ experience in manufacturing sector (Automotive / Non –Automotive )




- Preferred background : Assembly process (connectors/ wiring harness)

Skills

- Strong understanding of Progressive tooling and automation systems.
- Hands on experience with mechanical feeder systems
- Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulics, and servo systems.
- Ability to trouble shoot and repair automation equipment’s.
- Positive documentation and organizational skills.
- Strong probe, solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work with in cross-functional teams.
- J aptability to new technologies and continues learning.
