Role & responsibilities

- Outbound & Inbound Sales: Initiate outbound calls to potential leads and respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries regarding products or services.
- Pitching & Presentation: Explain product specifications, features, and pricing clearly using standardized sales scripts while tailoring conversations to customer needs.
- Lead Qualification & Generation: Filter and qualify prospect lists, identify prospective buyers, and create a strong pipeline for conversions.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with prospects, resolve product queries or minor objections calmly, and schedule follow-up calls.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: High school diploma, Higher Secondary, or a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 03 years of proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, customer service,



or a call center environment (Freshers with strong communication are welcome).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, persuasive negotiation abilities, and active listening skills.
