About The Job:

- Create and deliver content for enablement programs and go-to-market initiatives, including workshops, webinars, newsletters, playbooks, and training materials.
- Develop executive messaging, sales collateral, customer success stories, and high-impact content for strategic initiatives.
- Manage complex, cross-functional programs and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a global environment.
- Develop digital content including PowerPoint presentations, webpages, social media posts, and videos.
- Create engaging content that supports sales enablement, executive communications, customer engagement, events, and internal programs.




- Work closely with business, technology, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality content.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate content/program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Essential Job Functions:

- 5+ years of experience in content creation, go-to-market, enablement, marketing, program management, or a related technology-focused role.
- Good understanding of cloud and enterprise technologies, including:
- SaaS
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Databases
- Industry applications

- Exceptional storytelling and content-development skills across:

- Presentations
- Sales materials
- Training assets
- Customer narratives
- Executive communications

- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, including the ability to use data and analytics to assess performance and improve programs.
- Hands-on experience with video creation and editing using tools such as:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- Camtasia
- Similar video editing tools

- Experience in webpage design and content creation using Microsoft SharePoint.
- Ability to create engaging short-form and long-form videos for enablement, executive communications, events, and customer storytelling.

Qualifications:

- Excellent written, verbal,



and executive communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technology concepts for different audiences.
- Customer-centric, collaborative, and confident in working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
