1. Responsible for acquiring residential customer base via sales growth officers through community & society campaigns

2. Responsible for generating society permissions for campaigns, conducting campaigns to acquire & onboard customers

3. Will be measured on trials generated, conversion rate, no of customers onboarded/active subscriptions

What you will own

- A team of four Growth Officers. Daily 7 AM huddle after trial deliveries, shadowing at the door, coaching the pitch and the day end close, field discipline, and their targets.
- Your zone's numbers trials per society, trial-to-subscription conversion, and subscriptions made
- Society access. Getting working access into residential societies across your zone

What we are looking for

- 3-5 years in field sales,



of which at least 2 years in leading three or more frontline people
- You have personally got inside gated societies activation and BTL work, water purifiers, pest control, insurance, DTH or newspaper circulation, real estate, solar.
- You have owned a conversion or sales number, not only an activity number.
- Local to Indore or Bhopal, with a real network in the city.
- Open to field work that starts before 7 AM.

Timings please read before applying

- 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, six days a week.
- Saturday and Sunday are our biggest days and are working days.
