Job Description

Aye Finance is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Upsell team. The candidate will be responsible for converting existing Business Loan customers into Loan Against Property (LAP) customers and driving business growth through cross-selling and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach eligible Business Loan customers for LAP conversion.

- Generate LAP business from the existing customer base.

- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable LAP solutions.

- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure higher conversion rates.

- Coordinate with credit, operations, and sales teams for smooth loan processing.





- Ensure timely collection of customer documents and completion of the loan application process.

- Achieve assigned business targets and productivity metrics.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in LAP, Business Loan, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services sales.

- Good communication and relationship management skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

- Strong customer handling and sales conversion skills.
