- Design and develop real-time and near real-time monitoring dashboards using Grafana
- Build solutions to monitor IT infrastructure, servers, applications, and network performance
- Configure and manage streaming data sources for continuous monitoring
- Integrate Grafana with tools such as:
- Splunk (log analytics / observability)
- ServiceNow (incident and ITSM workflows)
- Implement IFrame embedding of Grafana dashboards into external enterprise portals
- Develop and optimize data queries for high-performance visualization
- Ensure scalability, availability, and security of monitoring solutions
- Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams
- Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure timely resolution
- Follow best practices for monitoring, alerting, and observability architecture
