We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive – IT Sales | AI | ERP | CRM | SaaSLocation: Navi Mumbai – On-site OnlyExperience: 1.5–3 Years in B2B IT SalesSalary Range: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per monthCompany: NorthStar Technologies International Ltd.NorthStar Technologies is looking for a driven Business Development Executive with hands-on IT Sales experience to join our growing team in Navi Mumbai.This role is specifically for candidates who have experience selling IT services/solutions, SaaS, ERP, CRM, AI solutions or digital transformation services and want to build further exposure to domestic and international B2B sales.What You'll Do • Drive end-to-end B2B sales for IT Services, AI Solutions, ERP, CRM and SaaS solutions .• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.• Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial outreach and requirement discovery to presentations, proposals, negotiations and closure.• Conduct client meetings, solution presentations and product/service discussions.• Understand business requirements and work with internal technical teams to propose suitable technology solutions.• Build and maintain strong client relationships while consistently working towards revenue and sales targets.• Develop opportunities within the domestic market while gaining exposure to international clients and global sales .What We're Looking For ✅ 1.5–3 years of proven B2B IT Sales / Business Development experience is mandatory.✅ Candidates should have sales experience in one or more of the following:IT Services | Software Solutions | SaaS | ERP | CRM | AI Solutions | Digital Transformation✅ Experience in lead generation, client acquisition and closing business .✅ Solid communication, presentation, negotiation and client-facing skills.✅ Ability to understand client requirements and confidently discuss technology solutions.✅ Candidates with strong domestic IT sales experience who are looking to expand into international sales are welcome.⚠️ Please Apply Only If • You are currently based in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai .• You can travel to our Navi Mumbai office every working day .• You are comfortable with a 100% on-site role — this is NOT a remote or hybrid position .• You have prior IT Sales / IT Services / Software Sales experience .
