Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and control DCS systems, ensuring smooth operation of continuous processes.
- Perform shift operations, including solvent recovery, reactor maintenance, distillation column management, hydrogenation processes, and chemical production.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all aspects of panel operation.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize plant performance.
- To run the shifts as per: the plan, product/batch to be manufactured, available manpower and priorities with respect to dispatch and customer orders
- Operating the plant Through DCS panel & managing field plant activities to comply QHSSE requirement with conservation of natural resources / utilities / RM.
