Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow statement, supplier management, vendor reconciliation, profit & loss account, trial balance, and cash flow management.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions to maintain a healthy cash position.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports on accounts finalization and provide insights for business decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales) to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize payment terms.
- Monitor vendor payments and ensure compliance with company policies.
