Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall branch operations to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Drive branch growth through acquisition of HNI/UHNI and retail clients.
- Build and grow the branch's Net Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Drive Mutual Fund sales through Lumpsum investments and SIPs (Systematic Investment Plans).
- Ensure achievement of branch targets across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Insurance, Fixed Income Products, and other wealth products.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage Relationship Managers and other sales team members.
- Develop and execute branch-level business strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide customized investment solutions based on clients' financial goals.
- Build long-term relationships with HNI and affluent clients through quality advisory services.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to strengthen relationships and generate current business opportunities.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the existing client base.




- Maintain strong coordination with internal departments for seamless client servicing and business execution.
- Analyze branch performance, prepare MIS reports, and present business updates to senior management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: 6-12 years in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Broking, or Financial Services, with at least 23 years in a team handling or branch leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing branch revenue, AUM, and team performance.
- Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Equity, Insurance, and other investment products.
- Excellent leadership, team management, business development, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment advisory.
- NISM Certification (VA/VIII-Series or relevant certification) preferred.
- Ability to drive branch profitability and consistently achieve revenue and AUM growth targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
