- Looking for Team Lead - Manager (15+ years of experience in industrial structural projects, In-depth knowledge in structural design, engineering & execution, preparing, checking & approval of drawings, calculations, site coordination, contractors selection, Vendor coordination, Quality Inspection, Quantity & Bills certification)

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Hands-on and in-depth knowledge of Structural designs for Industrial projects
- Coordination with appointed Civil contractor/s. Quality & quantity Checking, approving his drawings etc.
- Performs a leadership role for technical, organizational and supervisory role in the structural discipline
- Project planning & scheduling in terms of the Structural design & execution work
- Assisting with technical clarification, discussions, directions, instructions,



supervision & trouble shooting (if required) to the execution team/s at site as per the approved design & drawings

Typical work activities :- Work activities vary depending on the type of employers and nature of the project but typically involve:

- Finalization of Civil & structural drawings
- Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives
- Setting out, leveling and surveying the site
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect
- Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project g) preparing reports as required
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
