Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate leads from open market and convert them into business opportunities by acquiring new customers.
- Visit potential customers, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions for gold loan requirements.
- Conduct field sales activities to promote bank's products and services, focusing on cross-selling of other financial products.
- Build solid relationships with existing clients to increase customer retention rates and generate referrals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in BFSI sales, preferably in banking sales or field sales.
- Graduation is mandatory.
