Role & responsibilities

• Vibration analysis (Gearboxes, fans, blowers, compressors, Elevators, Conveyors etc.,) Agile Balancing (Process fans and Rotors)

- Oil Analysis (Oil sample collection and Analysing the reports), Laser alignment
- Thermography Ultrasonic Testing (Flaw detection and thickness measurements), Magnetic Particle testing, Dye Penetrant Testing • •Wear Measurements (VRM Rollers and table, Elevator Belts, chains, sprockets) • • Utilization of SAP -PM for logging of Notifications for abnormalities & measurement of wear rates.
- Conducting condition monitoring techniques as per schedule.
