We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process supporting a leading Banking/Financial Services process.

Job Role

- Handle customer queries through international voice support.
- Assist customers with banking accounts, transactions, cards, payments, statements, and account-related queries.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while following process guidelines and security procedures.

Job Details

- Location: Bengaluru
- Process: International Voice Banking
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Shift: Night / Rotational Shift
- Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Off

Salary

- Freshers: 22,000 + 4,000 Night Shift Allowance + Incentives
- Experienced: 26,000 + 4,000 Night Shift Allowance + Incentives

Eligibility
