Calling Executive - Finance / Financial Services | Chandigarh | Work from office

We are looking for an experienced Calling Executive with excellent communication skills and a solid background in telecalling, for our Chandigarh office.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a finance-related environment, preferably in financial services, banking, lending, insurance, fintech, or other finance-related businesses. The candidate should be confident on calls, comfortable speaking with customers or prospects, and capable of handling conversations professionally. Candidates should also have an interest in finance-related products or services, as the role may involve communicating with prospects regarding financial offerings.

Role & responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects

- Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone

- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about finance-related products or services

- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication

- Maintain call records and update customer information

- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required

- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and follow-ups

Preferred candidate profile :





- Female candidates - this opening is part of our women's hiring initiative

- 1+ years experience in calling / telecalling; proven experience in telecalling, outbound calling or customer calling

- Relevant work experience in the financial services / finance domain will be strongly preferred - banking, financial services, fintech, lending, insurance, investment-related businesses or other finance-focused organisations

- Candidates with strong calling experience but no exposure to finance may be considered if they demonstrate a clear interest and ability to work with finance-related offerings

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good Hindi and English communication skills

- Confident and professional telephone manner

- Ability to handle calls and follow-ups independently

- Basic computer knowledge

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach

- Ability to understand and communicate basic information related to financial products / services

- Genuine interest in working in the finance-related field

Location: Chandigarh - work from office. Candidates residing in Chandigarh and nearby areas who can work from our Chandigarh office are encouraged to apply.
