Job Role

Customer Support Executive – Verizon | International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls from international customers.
- Assist customers with telecom services, plans, billing, payments, and account-related queries.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Troubleshoot basic service-related concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the system.
- Achieve process KPIs including CSAT, Quality, AHT, and FCR.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Undergraduate & Graduate candidates are eligible.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.




- Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates with International Voice / Customer Support experience will have an added advantage.
