Goals

To Follow up with the entire project on end to end basis till the customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

- Interacting with Design departments for erection drawings.
- Approving shop floor drawings
- Coordinating with clients, consultants and other contractors services
- Manpower assessment and the training the subordinates.
- Checking Material schedule for material procurement
- Execution of Structural works at Site
- Ensuring the works are carried out as per the project requirement, Specifications and contracts.
- Inspecting structural and finishing works & conducting meeting with Site
- To ensure Safety at works
- Quality controlling and quality assurance, monitoring & the cost control
- Controlling quality, progress, cost and Safety of works.
- Pushing contractors, subcontractors and consultants for timely completion of works.
- Prepare project MIS reports weekly/ monthly basis & present PPT to the BOD
