- - Key Responsibilities
- Client Servicing
- Coordinate with clients to understand campaign objectives and content requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Present creative ideas, campaign plans, and content strategies to clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Social Media & Content Strategy
- Research social media trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activities.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
- Ideate engaging content concepts for reels, videos, and static creatives.
- Write scripts, captions, and compelling copy for social media platforms.
- Assist in developing campaign strategies and creative directions.




- - Content Production
- Coordinate and manage content shoots and production schedules.
- Work closely with designers, videographers, editors, and other creative team members.
- Ensure smooth execution of content production from planning to delivery.
- Support the publishing and execution of content across social media platforms.
- Present content on camera when required (optional).
- - Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
- Creative thinking with an eye for trends and storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of content strategy and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or client servicing (Freshers with exceptional portfolios may also apply).
- Experience working with creative agencies or digital marketing teams will be an added advantage.
