- Education: Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years working on heavy industrial, oil and gas, or refinery projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading complex isometric and structural drawings, plus familiarity with analysis software like STAAD.Pro or Tekla.
- Standards Knowledge: Solid grasp of international codes (AISC, Eurocode, or IS codes)

Key Responsibilities :

- Site Supervision: Oversee the erection,



alignment, bolting, and welding of structural steel.
- Quality Control: Check fabricated steel members for defects, proper fit-up, and tolerance compliance.
- Design Verification: Review site modification queries, connection details, and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Safety Enforcement: Maintain strict compliance with oil and gas safety standards and heavy rigging protocols.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Work alongside piping, civil, and mechanical teams to clear interference clashes.
