Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for IT positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
- Manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
Job Requirements :
- 3.5-4.6 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field (C2H/Contract Hiring).
- Robust understanding of IT sourcing, staffing, and hiring processes.
- Proficiency in SAP systems for tracking candidate data and managing workflows.
- Excellent screening skills with ability to quickly assess candidate fit based on resume review.
