About the Role
The Centre Manager is the face of a Cultfit centre responsible for member experience, sales performance, and operational excellence. The role demands strong ownership, customer centricity, and passion for an energetic, service-driven fitness environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Growth
- Own monthly targets for memberships, renewals, and upsells
- Drive walk-in/trial conversions through effective consultations
- Manage membership conversions with clean, timely documentation via the portal
2. Centre Operations
- Ensure smooth daily operations using prescribed checklist tools
- Oversee class schedules, trainer punctuality, and session readiness
- Conduct daily facility audits for cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
- Manage inventory (first-aid, water, etc.) and timely restocking
- Address operational gaps in attendance, bookings, equipment, or facility

Member Experience & Engagement
- Build rapport with members for a welcoming, community-driven environment
- Resolve escalations; ensure smooth before/during/after-class experience
- Capture member/trainer feedback for continuous improvement
- Represent Cultfit's service quality as the centre's primary face

- High member satisfaction, retention & NPS
- Solid ambience, audit scores & operational excellence
