About the Role
This is a highly critical and niche Packaging Commercialization role responsible for bridging Packaging R&D; and Manufacturing Operations. The role will drive successful implementation of packaging innovations across Foods and Beverages,
ensuring seamless commercialization from concept to shop-floor execution.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Packaging Development, Packaging Commercialization, Validation, Qualification, Artwork Management, Supplier Qualification, and Packaging Productivity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Beverage Packaging Commercialization
- Lead end-to-end packaging commercialization projects.
- Support CQV (Commissioning, Qualification & Validation) activities.
- Partner with Packaging R&D; to deploy packaging innovations into manufacturing.
- Support new line commissioning and packaging performance evaluations.
- Lead supplier audits, vendor qualification, and packaging material validation.
- Drive packaging quality improvement and capability-building initiatives.
- Manage artwork validation, barcode generation, and packaging graphics compliance.
- Ensure print quality standards and packaging readiness.
Foods Packaging Commercialization
- Lead new packaging introductions and pack extensions.
- Develop packaging qualification protocols and validation plans.
- Drive packaging productivity and packaging material optimization projects.
- Collaborate with R&D;, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Plant Operations.
- Improve packaging efficiency, integrity, leakage reduction, and line performance.
- Support CAPEX planning related to packaging modifications and new pack formats.
- Provide packaging troubleshooting and technical support to manufacturing plants.
