We are looking for a Techno-Functional Manager with experience in technology and financial services. The role requires working closely with business stakeholders, understanding requirements, and collaborating with technology teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams.
- Support solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Manage project delivery, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with development teams on application enhancements and integrations.

Required Skills Functional
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in business analysis and requirement gathering.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Ability to create business and functional documentation.

Technical
- Working knowledge of Java-based applications.
- Basic understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and SDLC processes.
- Understanding of SQL and data analysis concepts.

Domain
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Risk, or Compliance.
- Understanding of financial products, workflows,



or regulatory processes is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- 14+ years of experience in techno-functional or business technology roles.
