Key accountability

• Conducts training programs for all skill levels, including

basic sales skills, as well as advanced

• Sales techniques, Point of Sales & Captive call-center

workplace.

• Provides on the job hand holding to help the sales

executives overcome objections, and teach

• Consultative selling techniques.

• Should identify training needs and implement

centrally/regionally driven comprehensive training

program and R&R; initiatives for the sales staff.

• xMust be Ready for field-based Sales Training

• Must own and drive performance culture, also, provide

regular performance feedback and red flag the low

performers.

• Must be available as a resource for various sales team

members, who may need help for additional training for

some various projects.





• Should adhere to planned training calendar and maintain

monthly dashboards & daily reports

• Oversee and improves on overall grooming and

presentation of the sales personals.

• Must take ownership of (0-6) months executives in terms

of Product, Policy & Process Knowledge

Reporting Manager • Regional Training Manager

Qualification At least Graduation (MBA preferred)

Experience • At least 1 year of experience in Insurance Training.

Experience in Life Insurance with excellent communication

skill would be an added advantage.

• Own Conveyance is must.
