We are currently hiring an IT Project Manager / Scrum Master for our Gurgaon location.

Job Details:

- Role: IT Project Manager / Scrum Master
- Experience Required: 6+ Years
- Location: Gurgaon
- Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a well-rounded IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead technology projects and Agile teams. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery in alignment with company strategy, upholding PM standards, and collaborating with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.

- Project Planning & Delivery: Develop comprehensive project plans with clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocations using both Agile and traditional PM principles.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) with clear agendas and actionable outcomes.
- Stakeholder & Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Communicate progress, roadmaps, and key metrics clearly to business stakeholders.
- Team Enablement: Remove technical blockers, drive delivery accountability,



and guide development teams to achieve Product Owner satisfaction.
- Strategy & Integration: Collaborate with ETO Program Managers to document technology roadmaps and unify project milestones into structured Agile boards.

What We Are Looking For

- 6+ years of experience in IT Development or Operations teams in a Project Management / Scrum Master capacity.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications: CSM, PSM, or PMP preferred.
- Key Skills: Robust hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum practices, risk management, metric-driven status reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
