Role & responsibilities

1. Hands on Experience on Project Planning for Current Program, New equipment development as per Requirements and meet time line.

2. Having experience in IATF 16949 documents, APQP process, PFMEA, Process capability, Process validation, Etc.,

3. Sound Knowledge on Cycle time study, Process capability, Line balancing and Lean manufacturing.

4. Design & Development of Jigs / Fixtures / Dies(Casting/Stacking)

5. Understanding and working experience of Electrical hardwiring circuits (Relay logics).

6. Basic Knowledge in Pneumatics items & Hydraulic items and circuit diagram understanding and trouble shooting

7. Experience in Assembly machine development working with Automation suppliers and meet time line and targets

8. Capable of managing team members to guide and support to get department related results.

9. Good exposure in communication and presentation skills.

Process improvements related to Safety/Quality/Productivity and Cost.

11. Problem Solving technics & Troubleshooting for Existing Assembly line & New lines

12. Innovation Idea's for New Machine Developments

13. Automotive industry and Japanese company experience will be added advantage.

14. Preferred languages: English, Tamil and Hindi.

15. Certified internal auditor for IATF 16949 will be added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with experience only in the Automobile/Automotive industry will be considered.
- B.E. Mechanical / Electrical candidates only.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years to maximum 9 years.
- Transportation and food facilities are provided.
