Detailed Job Description: Telesales Executive (IT Marketing Solutions)

Role Title: Telesales Executive – WhatsApp, SMS, Email & Voice Marketing Solutions

Positions Available: 10+

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site / Office-based)

Compensation: ₹4.0 LPA (Fixed) + ₹3.0 LPA (Variable Performance Incentives)

Experience: 2 to 5 Years (Minimum 2 years in B2B/IT Telesales)

Relocation Policy: Local candidates only (No relocation provided)

Position Overview

A results-driven outbound telesales role focused on selling digital messaging and marketing solutions (WhatsApp Marketing, Bulk SMS, Email Marketing, and Voice Call/IVR packages). This role focuses strictly on client acquisition, lead conversion, and revenue generation—no technical or API background is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Sales: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential business clients to sell bulk messaging and digital marketing solutions.
- Lead Management: Drive lead generation through cold calling, inbound query follow-ups, and client referrals; track all interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Deal Closure: Identify client marketing requirements, propose suitable solution packages, negotiate pricing,



handle sales objections, and close deals over the phone.
- Client Retention: Re-engage past leads, follow up on warm prospects, and manage relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and upselling.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily call volume metrics and monthly revenue quotas.

Key Requirements

- Sales Experience: 2+ years in inside sales or telesales with demonstrated success in cold calling and lead conversion.
- Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience selling at least two of the following: WhatsApp Marketing, Bulk SMS, Email Marketing, or Voice/IVR services.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and phone presence (Hindi/English/Regional language); robust negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Technical Familiarity: Comfortable using basic CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, or call management systems.
- Industry Background: Digital marketing agency, bulk messaging, telecom, or SaaS reselling background is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
