We are looking for an experienced and responsible Bar Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, and smooth bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate bar staff and daily operations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor bar inventory, stock levels, and requisitions.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages and supplies.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales records.
- Train and guide bar staff on service standards and procedures.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a bar/restaurant supervisory role preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of beverages and bar operations.
- Ability to manage staff and work in a fast-paced environment.
