- Responsible for Training students on board classes, software and/or theory classes
- Responsible for clarifying doubts, providing subject and industry knowledge as and when approached by students during or after classes
- Responsible for promoting a learning atmosphere and a good ambience with the studio, lab or class room
- Responsible for initiating, organizing and participating in seminars, workshops, site visits for students
- Responsible for conducting and organizing department related activities like Aesthetics, Vaastu Workshop, Material related demonstration, Model making workshop, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining students attendance
- Responsible for evaluating students projects and giving them more insight on the same
- Motivating students to participate in both internal and external competitions and supporting them on the same
- Responsible for cleanliness of the class room, studio and lab.
- Responsible for communicating students regarding holidays, batch offset and about activities being conducted
- Responsible for students satisfaction and to derive students reference out of the them




- Responsible for supporting in marketing related activities like Seminars, workshop, stall, etc.
- Responsible to conduct classes at colleges/schools whenever there is need.
- Responsible to train the trainers of other Franchisee centres as communicated by corporate
- Creating and maintaining a library of materials, magazines and relevant study materials
- Accompanying students on site visits/workshops and other related activity
- Responsible for assisting counselors doing counseling session and necessary demo
- Responsible for maintaining records on subjects/syllabus completed by each student
- Maintaining records/projects submitted by the students

Qualifications:

- B.Arch/B.Sc Interior Design/B.Des. Interior or Master Diploma/Diploma in relevant stream with/without relevant experience

Scope of Growth:

- Can become a Senior facilitator
- If Technically strong; could be transferred to the Corporate office as a Product manager
- If positive in sales and admin; could take over centre management

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
