About the Role

- We are looking for a creative and strategic - Social Media Strategist Cum Editor to lead our digital content and social media efforts.
- The role involves developing content strategies that drive brand visibility, audience engagement, lead generation and patient conversion.
- You will manage the social media content journey from research, ideation and scripting to video editing, publishing, performance analysis and optimisation.
- You will work closely with doctors and the healthcare team to transform expert knowledge into credible, simple, relatable and engaging content for women navigating menopause and perimenopause.




- The role will also involve handling social media enquiries, nurturing potential leads, coordinating appointments and supporting the lead conversion process.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of content strategy and social media.
- Ability to create engaging hooks, scripts and creative concepts.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and audience behaviour.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English is mandatory.
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear and engaging content.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Work Details

- Salary: ₹15,000– ₹25,000
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM– 6:30 PM
- Employment Type: Full-Time, In-House
