About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with robust expertise in Blue-Collar and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment and the ability to close multiple positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Blue-Collar and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, recruitment consultants, social media, references, databases, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess suitability for the role.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, joining formalities, and follow-ups.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within the agreed timelines.




- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and recruitment agencies.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering or similar industry.
- Strong hands-on experience in Blue-Collar and Non-IT recruitment.
- Experience in hiring for production, operators, technicians, engineers, quality, maintenance, and other shop-floor/support functions will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate screening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach to recruitment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
