Job Responsibilities

- Prepare, edit and optimize VMC CNC programs.
- Develop programs based on 2D drawings and 3D models.
- Knowledge of G-Codes & M-Codes.
- Handle tool selection, tool offsets and work offsets.
- Set cutting parameters, speeds and feeds.
- Perform machine setting and support production activities.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
- Check components using Vernier, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
- Optimize programs for better cycle time, tool life and quality.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams.
- Maintain CNC programs and process documentation.

Preferred Skills

- SMITRON software knowledge – Preferred
- VMC programming and setting
- CNC milling knowledge
- Tooling and fixture knowledge
- Drawing & GD&T; knowledge
- Positive problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
