Medical Coding Trainer – Pumo Technovation

Location: Madurai

Job Summary: Pumo Technovation is seeking a Medical Coding Trainer to deliver high-quality, practical training to students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for teaching industry-standard coding practices and preparing learners for successful careers in medical coding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training on ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards.
- Teach medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare documentation.
- Deliver practical coding sessions, assessments, and mock tests.
- Guide students in coding accuracy, compliance, and exam preparation.
- Track learner progress and provide career-oriented support.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of Medical Coding and coding guidelines.
- Experience in medical coding or training is preferred.
- CPC, CCS, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
