- Lead and manage a team of Australian Tax Accountants and Tax Preparers.
- Review and finalize Australian tax returns for Individuals, Sole Traders, Partnerships, Companies, Trusts, and SMSFs.
- Review BAS, IAS, GST, PAYG, and other tax compliance work.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all tax assignments.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
- Manage client communications and resolve complex tax-related queries.
- Stay updated with Australian taxation laws and regulatory changes.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
- Assist in workflow planning and resource allocation during peak tax seasons.
- Support process improvement initiatives and maintain service quality.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Australian Taxation.
- Strong knowledge of:




- Australian Income Tax
- BAS & GST
- PAYG
- Fringe Perks Tax (FBT)
- Capital Gains Tax (CGT)
- Company, Trust, Partnership, and Individual Tax Returns
- Experience reviewing and supervising tax work.
- Strong understanding of Australian Tax Office (ATO) compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
