Job Description – Accounts AssociateJob Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Associate to join our Finance & Accounts team. This is a fresher-friendly opportunity for candidates with a background in M.Com, MBA in Finance, B.Com, or a related field. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and supporting the senior accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and post journal entries and maintain proper ledger accounts.
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Record and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Support GST and TDS related accounting and compliance activities.
- Work on Tally / ERP / Accounting Software for recording transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly accounting reports and financial statements.
- Perform basic data entry and Excel-based accounting activities.
- Verify bills and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Assist senior accountants during audits and financial reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation of accounting records.




- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance / Graduation or Master’s in a related field.
- Experience: Fresher / Entry-Level candidates are welcome.
- Basic understanding of Accounting Principles, Journal Entries, Ledger, Debit & Credit.
- Basic knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime / ERP Accounting Software.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to coordinate and work effectively with different departments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
