- Manage and operate the company's GeM Seller Account.
- Search and monitor relevant GeM Bids, Tenders, and Reverse Auctions.
- Study tender/bid documents and check eligibility, specifications, quantities, EMD, turnover and other requirements.
- Prepare and submit GeM bids and quotations within the specified deadlines.
- Upload required technical, commercial and statutory documents on GeM.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Production and Dispatch teams for bid and order requirements.
- Manage GeM orders from order receipt to final delivery.
- Prepare and submit invoices and other documents required for GeM payment processing.
- Follow up on order acceptance, delivery, inspection, consignee receipt and payment.
- Handle GeM Bid participation, Reverse Auction (RA), L1/L2 status and price revisions.
- Maintain records of bids submitted, orders received, pending deliveries and payments.
- Monitor GeM notifications, amendments, corrigenda and deadlines.
- Coordinate with government departments, PSUs and other institutional customers.
- Prepare MIS reports for management regarding bids, orders,



sales and pending payments.
- Ensure compliance with GeM terms, conditions and applicable company policies.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of GeM Portal and Government Tendering.
- Experience in tender/bid preparation and online submission.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PDF documentation.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to read and understand tender specifications and commercial terms.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Sales or related field will be an advantage.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in GeM, government tenders, e-tendering, PSU sales or institutional sales preferred.
