Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

We are looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to manage front desk operations and handle patients and visitors professionally.

Candidates with experience in Hotels, Restaurants, PVR/Cinemas, Beauty Salons, Concierge or other customer-facing service roles are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients, attendants and visitors.
- Handle front desk and reception activities.
- Understand visitor/patient requirements and guide them appropriately.
- Manage appointments and coordinate with doctors and internal teams.
- Handle incoming calls and basic customer queries.
- Maintain visitor and appointment records.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth patient handling.




- Ensure a professional and positive experience for patients and visitors.

Requirements

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Reception, Front Desk, Concierge or Customer Handling.
- Candidates from Hotels, Restaurants, PVR/Cinemas, Beauty Salons and similar service industries can apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks professionally.
