We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, handling important clients, conducting client meetings and site visits, driving sales and ensuring successful deal closures.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, team handling, client management and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle key client meetings and negotiations.
- Conduct and coordinate property/site visits.
- Manage sales leads and ensure effective follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into successful bookings.
- Handle client objections and negotiate effectively.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance.
- Train and guide team members to improve their sales performance.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.




- Ensure smooth coordination between clients, sales team and project/site team.
