*What is this job?*

We are hiring Credit Consultants who will help customers understand and process financial solutions offered by Credaegis. This role is mainly about handling interested customers, guiding them properly, and converting leads into successful customers.

*What will you do?*

* Speak with customers who have already shown interest in our services

* Explain financial products and solutions in a simple and clear way

* Follow up with customers regularly until the process is completed

* Help customers with onboarding and document collection

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing

* Update customer details and follow-ups in CRM systems

* Ensure customers have a positive and professional experience

*Who can apply?*

* Graduates from any discipline





* Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in:

* Inside Sales

* Customer Support/Handling

* Finance-related roles

*Skills Required*

* Good communication skills in English , Hindi & Kannada

* Strong convincing and interpersonal skills

* Basic knowledge of MS Office, Emails & CRM tools
