SAP After Market/Customer Service (AM/CS)

Location: Any UST India Location
Experience: 5+ Years (Overall SAP Experience: 5-7 Years)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Must Have

- 5-7 years of overall SAP experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP Aftermarket and SAP CS (Customer Service).
- At least 1 end-to-end SAP Implementation/Rollout experience.
- Strong expertise in In-House Repair and External Repair processes.
- Good understanding of Repair Business Scenarios, Repair Pricing, and Output Management.
- Experience in Scrapping and Service Material Management.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- Experience working on cross-geography/global projects.
- Exposure to multi-country SAP support or rollout engagements.




- Knowledge of integration with related SAP logistics and service processes.
