Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong Insurance domain experience to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, integrations, and Salesforce configuration, with a good understanding of insurance business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and security models.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and middleware platforms.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Implement unit testing, debugging, performance optimization, and production support.
- Participate in Salesforce deployments using Salesforce CLI, Git, DevOps Center, or CI/CD tools.
- Ensure development follows Salesforce best practices, governor limits, security standards,



and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.

Insurance Domain Experience

Candidates should have a good understanding of insurance processes such as:

- Policy Management
- Quote & Bind
- New Business & Renewals
- Claims Management
- Customer / Account Management
- Underwriting
- Billing & Payments
- Agent / Broker Management
- Insurance product and policy lifecycle
- Integration with insurance/legacy systems

Experience with Salesforce Industries / Insurance Cloud will be an added advantage.
