Job Summary

Arpana Tiles Mart is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, billing, accounts receivable/payable, GST-related activities, and financial record maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, accuracy in financial reporting, and experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily sales, purchase, and cash records.
- Generate invoices, quotations, and customer statements.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Handle GST billing, filing support, and tax-related documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and suppliers when required.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management summaries.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.





Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
- Understanding of GST and basic taxation procedures.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a tiles, sanitaryware, hardware, or retail showroom.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock accounting.
