Job Title: Camp Boss / Labour Camp Incharge / Camp Supervisor

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of labour camps, ensuring proper accommodation, housekeeping, catering, transportation, safety, welfare, and administration for workers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage labour accommodation, room allocation, occupancy records, and camp assets.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security, laundry, pest control, and utility services.
- Coordinate catering services and ensure food quality, hygiene, and timely distribution.
- Manage worker transportation, medical emergencies, and employee welfare activities.
- Maintain PPE inventory and camp-related documentation.
- Monitor water, electricity, sewage, RO/STP systems, and overall camp hygiene.
- Handle petty cash and vendor coordination.




- Conduct regular camp inspections and ensure discipline, safety, and compliance.
- Prepare daily/monthly reports on accommodation, transportation, utilities, medical referrals, and camp operations.
- Supervise camp staff, including housekeeping, security, electricians, plumbers, and catering personnel.

Requirements

- 5–12 years of experience in Camp Administration, Labour Camp Management, or Facility Management.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or related sectors.
- Good knowledge of accommodation management, housekeeping, catering, and worker welfare.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Solid communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
