We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.

Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping

Location: Nedumbassery, Kochi

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations

- Allocate duties and monitor housekeeping staff

- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and well maintained

- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and quality standards

- Monitor housekeeping supplies and linen inventory

- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments

- Train and guide housekeeping staff

- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant hotel housekeeping experience

- Positive communication and leadership skills

- Ability to manage a team effectively

- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards and procedures

- Responsible, punctual, and well-organized

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
