About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on **Web Analytics Developer** to own and enhance the end-to-end digital measurement ecosystem for our B2B platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing **web analytics, tagging, server-side tracking, data integration, and reporting solutions**. The role will work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, IT, and Data teams to improve measurement accuracy and provide meaningful customer journey and business insights

Required Technical Skills

* Strong hands-on expertise in **Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
* Strong experience with **Google Tag Manager (GTM).
* Hands-on experience with **Server-Side Google Tag Manager (sGTM)**.
* Strong knowledge of **BigQuery and SQL**.
* Experience with analytics data ingestion and data integration.
* Strong understanding of first-party data collection and customer journey tracking.




* Knowledge of **identity resolution** and cross-session/cross-device measurement concepts.
* Hands-on experience with **Consent Management Platforms (CMPs)** such as **OneTrust**.

* Good knowledge of:

* JavaScript
* HTML
* APIs
* Browser Developer Tools
* Network/debugging tools
* Ability to troubleshoot and mitigate tracking gaps caused by **ad blockers, browser privacy controls, cookie restrictions, and tracking limitations**.
* Experience defining and implementing **data layer specifications**.
* Solid understanding of web analytics implementation, event tracking, conversion tracking, and tag management.
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
