Lead Generation & CRM Executive

Location: Lucknow (Full time, On-site)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

About the Role

ISF is looking for a Lead Generation & CRM Executive to manage and convert leads generated through Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) across our admissions, hiring, and other outreach campaigns. This person will own the lead pipeline end-to-end from first contact through to closure and will also help set up ISF's first CRM system, since we currently manage leads without one.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and configure a CRM system (e.g., Zoho CRM) integrated with Meta Lead Ads, and maintain it going forward
- Monitor incoming leads from Meta Ads campaigns in real time
- Log, categorize, and track every lead by purpose (admissions, hiring, franchise, donor, etc.)
- Respond promptly to new leads via call/WhatsApp/email and qualify them
- Follow up systematically with warm/cold leads until closure or disqualification




- Coordinate with respective teams (admissions, HR, franchise) to hand off qualified leads
- Maintain lead status dashboards and share regular conversion reports with management
- Flag lead quality trends and suggest improvements to ad targeting/messaging
- Ensure data hygiene no duplicate or stale entries

Requirements

- Working knowledge of any CRM tool is a plus (Zoho, HubSpot, Bitrix24, etc.); willingness to learn and set one up from scratch is essential since ISF doesn't currently use one
- Comfortable managing multiple leads/campaigns simultaneously without losing track
- Good verbal and written communication skills (calling and follow-up with prospective parents/candidates)
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads lead flow is a plus (not mandatory)
- Organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with spreadsheets/reporting
- Prior experience in telecalling, admissions counseling, or inside sales is a plus but not required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
